Multiplex giants PVR INOX are celebrating the legacy of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan with a special film festival ahead of his 60th birthday. The festival aims to bring some of SRK’s most iconic films back to the big screen, giving fans a chance to relive the magic of his unforgettable performances.
Khan shared an Instagram post featuring a montage of his movie posters, captioning it: “Some of my previous films are coming back to the theatres. The man in them hasn’t changed much – just the hair… and a little more handsome. The Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival begins on 31st October! In select theatres across India, in association with PVR INOX. A YRF International release across the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia.”

The festival, showcasing films like Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na, Dil Se, Devdas, Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om, and Jawan, will run for two weeks across more than 75 cinemas in 30 cities in India, and internationally in the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia.
Reflecting on the honour, Shah Rukh said, “Cinema has always been my home, and seeing these films return to the big screen feels like a beautiful reunion. These movies aren’t just my stories — they belong to the audience that has lovingly embraced them for over 33 years.”
He added, “I’m grateful to PVR INOX for celebrating this journey with such love, and to Red Chillies Entertainment, my creative home, for always believing in stories that connect us all. I hope everyone who comes to watch relives the joy, the music, the emotions, and the magic of cinema that we’ve shared together.”
On the work front, Shah Rukh was last seen in 2023 hits Jawan, Pathaan, and Dunki. He is currently shooting for Siddharth Anand’s King alongside his daughter Suhana Khan, with Abhishek Bachchan and Deepika Padukone also expected to star. The film is slated for a 2026 release.
