House staff is everyone’s dependency and little more if we see the lifestyle of celebrities. Their entire schedule is donned by the staff they love like their family. But what if that ‘family’ turns a robber?
Actress Nikita Rawal recently went through such a traumatic disappointment when she was robbed of lots of jewellery and 3.5 lakhs in cash at gunpoint. This incident happened at her home by her very own house staff member who turned robber and took the help of some goons to rob the ‘Black & White’ actress.

He chose to rob her in a pre-planned way at a time when most of her house staff members were not present. She was threatened at gunpoint by multiple goons that if she didn’t fulfill their demands, they would kill her and out of this life-threatening warning, she gave all the money and jewellery she had.

This incident brought her a severe shock as she couldn’t believe someone as close as her house staff member would do it to her. She said “Sad how people first earn trust and then misuse this to this extent. You really can’t do much when there are multiple goons having you at gunpoint with a knife around your neck with constant threats that it would be cut open if I didn’t give in to the demands. They took away about nearly 3.5 lakhs cash alongside a lot of jewellery of mine which I had bought for myself after a lot of hard work.”
While an FIR has been already filed and the probe is underway to get the perpetrators and her belongings, in this state of despair she’s currently thankful to the universe for her life. “Everything else can be earned back but life. I’m lucky that I’m alive. Grateful to the universe”, she added.
