The teaser of Maddock Films’ horror-comedy Thama, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, is finally out and fans can’t stop talking about it, as it looks intriguing.
The teaser first shows Ayushmann and Rashmika’s lovely chemistry. But Nawazuddin’s ominous entry turns the tone on its head, promising a mix of passion, fear, and blood curdling drama.
Sharing the glimpse, makers wrote, “Wo kehte hai na darr kabhi itna shaktishaali tha, aur na pyaar kabhi itna BLOODY! This Diwali, prepare for a cinematic experience that is wild, deadly, and unforgettable. The World of Thama storms into cinemas worldwide this Diwali. But before that, don’t forget to catch the teaser on the big screen during Param Sundari, on Aug 29. ThamaThisDiwali.”

Who Plays What In Thama?
Unveiling Ayushmann Khurrana’s first look, the makers wrote, “Presenting Ayushmann Khurrana as Alok – Insaaniyat ki aakhri umeed.”Meanwhile, Rashmika looked intense in her first look from Thama. Sharing the poster, Maddock Films wrote, “Presenting Rashmika Mandanna as Tadaka – Roshni ki ek hi pehli kiran.” Nawazuddin will be seen as Yakshsan, who is described as ‘Andhere ka badshah’, aka the king of darkness. Veteran actor Paresh Rawal will play the role of Mr. Ram Bajaj Goyal, a person who sees tragedy in comedy.
‘Thama’ will hit the theatres on Diwali 2025.
