Popular internet personality and Telugu actor, Prasad Behara, has been arrested in Hyderabad following allegations of sexual harassment made by his female co-star. According to reports, the victim claimed that Prasad had repeatedly harassed her with inappropriate comments and physical contact.
Allegations And Incident Details
The female co-star reported that the harassment began on the set of their show Pellivaramandi, where Prasad Behara inappropriately touched her during an instance of misbehavior. After the incident, she decided to step down from the show. Despite the decision, Prasad attempted to mend the situation by apologizing to her, but the behavior continued when they later worked together on the project Mechanic. There, he allegedly insulted her with objectionable remarks and tried to get physically close to her against her will.

Incident Of Assault And Police Action
Things escalated on December 11 when Prasad Behara reportedly attacked the victim as she was returning home after work. Left with no choice, the female star immediately reported the incident to the police and filed a formal complaint. In response, Prasad Behara was arrested and taken into 14 days of judicial custody.
