Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra are one of the most loved couples in the television industry and are adored by their fans. They have been dating after participating together in Bigg Boss 15 and have been open about their relationship on social media. Tejasswi’s mother and Karan recently appeared on Celebrity MasterChef to support the actress and the topic of the couple’s marriage became a topic of discussion on the show.
In the recent episode, Farah Khan asked Tejasswi’s mother, “Shaadi kab hogi?” (when will they marry). Her mother confirmed that the couple will marry this year and said, “Issi saal ho jaaegi.”
However, Tejasswi was seen blushing and said, “Aise kuch baat nahi hui hai”.
Earlier, Tejasswi hinited at a court marriage and said, “I am not big on that. I am okay with a normal court marriage. Hum log phir ghumenge, phirenge, aish karenge types.”
Tejasswi and Karan have been dating since 2021. They recently posted their pictures of celebrating Holi. Sharing a glimpse of their celebration, they wrote, “Holi hai..!!!!”
In a recent interview with Times Now, Tejasswi talked about her struggles in the industry. She shared, “There is a lot of struggle there (Hindi film indutry) because there are so many girls, pretty much my same age bracket and they already have their families in the film industry and there is so many things happening amongst each other already. There are so many influencers who have become actors, then there are so many people like me who are trying to do. I really don’t doubt the makers. I feel there’s so many of us right now.”
Talking about breaking stereotypes as a tv actor, she added, “It is difficult to break the casting stereotypes because I’m such a popular TV star – people like me so much and I’m out there, they interview me or pap me and put my pictures everywhere, and you can’t miss me. What happened is that people think that I’m overexposed but I don’t believe I am, because it’s a different side of me they have seen and as an actor and performer, I’m someone who will deliver something completely different – because that’s not me playing me. That’s me portraying another character in its best ability, so I just feel if people understood that, it will be a lot more easier.”
On the work front, Tejasswi is currently seen in Celebrity Masterchef.
