It was shocker for the fans of Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma when the news of their break up came out. Though no one officially confirmed the same, both the actors were spotted attending events and travelling alone. The most viral video of them was from Raveena Tandon’s Holi party, where both of them arrived separately, thereby confirming the breakup. Amid this, a post by journalist Vicky Lalwani has shed light on what went wrong between the couple.
Were Parents The Reason?
On Instagram, Vicky posted a photo of the former couple along with a report that read, “The reason why Tamannaah Bhatia & Vijay Varma’s love story ended is still not known, but here’s what we have learned. While there were whispers that her father who generally has a say in everything she does was against Vijay, the fact is that he had made peace with even the fact that the two had decided to get married in 2024–2025. But when Mr Bhatia turned around to ask his darling daughter why she has suddenly started to soft pedal on her shaadi, he was in for a surprise. Tamannaah told Mr and Mrs Bhatia that she was not keen to get married to Vijay.”
Did Tamannaah Initiate The Breakup?
The report further stated that Tamannaah did not like Vijay tagging along to every place she goes to. “The Lust Stories 2 actress explained to her parents that she somehow didn’t feel anymore that Vijay was committed to her. She was also upset with his frequent joint appearances with her in public which she said was at Vijay’s insistence. When her parents asked her how she would explain her turnaround to the public, Tamannaah told them that there was no need to go public about it.”
But she decided to go public about it on the advice of her family friend and superstar Chiranjeevi. “Tamannaah’s family friend South Star Chiranjeevi got into the discussion and said that it would be better if she percolates the news of her breakup to the media. Chiranjeevi is very close to Tamannaah and her family as a guardian to her after she worked with him in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. So that’s how the Tamannaah Bhatia & Vijay Varma affair ended and ended officially,” the report further read.
Contradictory Reports
Contradictory to these reports, Siasat Daily earlier shared that Tamannaah and Vijay decided to part ways due to their differing plans for the future. While Tamannaah wanted to get married and settle, Vijay was not ready for it yet. The discussion around marriage soon turned sour and the couple decided to part ways. However, no confirmation ever came from any of the two.
