“The decision of the court must be impartial while also being fast in its resolution. Our hope in the CBI investigation proved unsuccessful because it failed to produce timely results. People expect a fair decision from the court since the case has now reached its legal stage. According to him, the present government will work with fairness” said KK Singh.

KK Singh emphasized that his son Sushant did not kill himself he added further, “the passing of five years has created continuous suffering which endures until today. Such a loss becomes difficult to comprehend because having one child as an only offspring is a rare occurrence. Different reports have emerged that mention MLA Aditya Thackeray among others although we are unable to determine any definitive truth. The current ruling authority must determine the exact sequence of events. In his opinion, Sushant would never have committed suicide.”
