Stree 3, Bhediya 2: The eagerly awaited third installment of the Stree franchise is finally on its way. The movie, which will see Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao reprising their roles, is set to hit theaters on August 13, 2027. The big announcement has sent fans into a frenzy, as they can’t wait to dive back into the world of horror-comedy.
Stree 3 is expected to pick up where its predecessors left off, delivering a unique blend of humor, horror, and heart. With Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao back on board, fans can expect another unforgettable ride.
But that’s not all – the makers have also unveiled a lineup of horror-comedy films that promise to keep audiences entertained and on the edge of their seats. The slate includes Thama, which will release on Diwali 2025), ShaktiShalini, scheduled for December 31, 2025 release. Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya 2 will come out on August 14, 2026 and Chamunda will also release a few months later, on December 4, 2026. Maha Munjya has been set for December 24, 2027 release. For Pehla Mahayudh and Doosara Mahayudh, fans will have to wait till 2028 as the films will be released on August 11 and October 18, respectively.

To share the big news, Instagram handle of Maddock films posted a poster, which mentions the logo and release date of all the films. Alongside, they wrote, “Dinesh Vijan presents the genre defining lineup of #MaddockHorrorComedyUniverse 8 theatrical films that will take you on a wild ride of laughter, spooks, thrills and screams!”
