‘Stree 2’ had a phenomenal impact at the box office following its release on August 15. Starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, the film broke records right from the start and has now crossed Rs 500 crore mark in the third week on Friday. With this, the film is significantly ahead of Baahubali 2 (Hindi), Animal, and Jawan.
Stree 2 truly made its mark, proving to be a huge hit that the entertainment industry desperately needed. Mixing thriller, comedy, and a touch of horror, the film has captivated audiences and become a part of pop culture, with its characters and dialogue becoming increasingly popular.

Stree 2 Shines Amidst Bollywood Release Delays
Starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in the lead roles, the film also has Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee in supporting roles besides Tamannaah Bhatia and Akshay Kumar in notable cameos. With none of the Bollywood films having a major release due to Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Emergency’ delay due to certification issues at the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Stree 2 has a clear path to continue its stellar performance.
