In a recent interview, the cast of Stranger Things revealed that they were worried about the show’s finale receiving similar hate to ‘Game of Thrones’.
While speaking to Time Magazine, Finn Wolfhard, who plays Mike, said, “I think everyone was pretty worried, honestly. The way that Game of Thrones got torn to shreds in that final season, we’re all walking into this going, ‘We hope to not have that kind of thing happen’ … But then we read the scripts. We knew that it was something special.”

As per reports, the final season is made on the budget of a whopping 400 to 480 million USD, with 50 to 60 million USD spent per episode. It is certainly one of the most expensive television shows of all time. A huge budget is required for the grand set designs, which have teleported the audience to the 80s era and upside down. Moreover, the show has a huge cast and is heavily dependent on the VFX.
The final season stars Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Sadie Sink, Jamie Bowler, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, Brett Gelman, Cara Buono, and Amybeth McNulty will also star in the finale. Linda Hamilton has joined the cast as well.
