Meanwhile, the creators have hinted at some violent death in the last season. While speaking to The Times, Matt Duffer revealed, “I would say season 5 is not as violent as season 4, but it has the most violent death of any season.” He further said that they tried to restrain themselves while showcasing gory scenes, but some things are unavoidable.

“The goal was always to scale up each series with the age of the characters and our audience,” Ross Duffer added.

Earlier, the show caught attention when Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, almost revealed a spoiler for the fifth season. While speaking to TV Guide, Noah Schnapp and Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, were asked about the most misunderstood character in the series. He said, “Low-key Vecna, because like…” However, Millie quickly stopped him, hinting that there might be a spoiler for Vecna’s character. She added, “Really? No, shut up. That’s it; now be quiet. Let’s just not even [go there], because today has been a day, and we want to do so much for you, but we’re not smart enough to dance around these questions.”
Stranger Things Season 5 Volume 1 will release on Netflix on November 26, 2025. Part two will arrive on December 26 and part three on January 1, 2026.
