Recently, while speaking to Variety, the creators of Stranger Things Season 5 confirmed that there will be an 18-month time jump from the fourth season. For the unversed, in Season 4, Vecna successfully opened the dimensions of Upside Down, which had a severe effect on the Hawkins.
Meanwhile, in another interview, the cast revealed that they were worried about the show’s finale receiving similar hate to ‘Game of Thrones’. While speaking to Time Magazine, Finn Wolfhard, who plays Mike, said, “I think everyone was pretty worried, honestly. The way that Game of Thrones got torn to shreds in that final season, we’re all walking into this going, ‘We hope to not have that kind of thing happen’ … But then we read the scripts. We knew that it was something special.”
