Linda Hamilton, best known for her role in ‘The Terminator’ series as Sarah Connor, has joined Stranger Things Season 5. Not much has been revealed about her character, but it is confirmed that she will bring new dynamics to the show. The creators have now finally given a hint about Linda Hamilton’s character in a new interview.
While speaking to Empire, Matt Duffer revealed that Linda Hamilton will play the role of Dr Kay, who is a government agent and wants to hunt down Eleven. He said, “She’s hyper-intelligent and intimidating.”
She’s a scientist but if she needs to, she can get into a fight and shoot a gun,” the director added.
The viewers were able to catch a small glimpse of Linda in the teaser.

The way that Game of Thrones got torn to shreds in that final season, we’re all walking into this going, ‘We hope to not have that kind of thing happen’ … But then we read the scripts. We knew that it was something special.”
