Son Of Sardaar 2, Dhamaal 4 And Now Drishyam 3! Ajay Devgn’s Slate Just Got Bigger

Ajay Devgn returns as Vijay Salgaonkar in Drishyam 3, now officially in production with director Abhishek Pathak.

After the roaring success of films like De De Pyaar De, Son of Sardaar, Dhamaal, the actor has a powerhouse lineup of sequels and the latest in this unstoppable run is Drishyam 3.

Ajay Devgn is gearing up to return as Vijay Salgaonkar in Drishyam 3. The third installment of the franchise has been announced by Panorama Studios International, in collaboration with Digital 18 Media, as confirmed in a recent disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shared by a user on X (formerly Twitter), a letter dated May 29, filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations, confirmed that Drishyam 3 is in production. The letter states that Ajay will reprise his role as Vijay Salgaonkar, and Abhishek Pathak will return as a director, who helmed the previous instalment Drishyam 2.

According to an earlier Pinkvilla report, filming may begin between July and August 2025.

Meanwhile, on the work front the actor was last seen in Raid 2. Now, the actor has projects lined up including Son of Sardaar 2 and De De Pyaar De 2, which are scheduled to release later this year. A few weeks ago, he completed the shoot of Dhamaal 4, which will release in 2026.
