After the release of ‘Sky Force’, Akshay Kumar penned a sweet note about his movie. He wrote on Instagram, “Today is the day! Sky Force soars into cinemas, and I couldn’t be prouder at bringing this incredible untold story to life. It’s more than just a film—it’s a tribute to the real heroes who defend our skies with courage and honor. This is a story of patriotism, sacrifice, and resilience and I hope it resonates with you as much as it has with us. See you at the movies!”
Meanwhile, Sky Force also marks Veer Pahariya’s acting debut.
In an interview with Firstpost, Veer talked about the success of his first film and said, “I’m too new, small, and insignificant to talk about these things. It’s bit too much but I’m happy with the acceptance of my face and my character, and that’s something I wanted, the acceptance.”
He added, “I always knew this film will touch hearts because I think I have a decent understanding of emotions and it’s a true story of a real hero in the 1965 war. It’s the story of an unsung hero and the message behind the film is a human message. It was not like we were alienating the audience by doing a typical genre type film. There are so many good films that don’t resonate with the audiences so you never know about this business. I’m grateful the reviews were so good and I worked really hard for hit. God has been kind.”
On the work front, Akshay will be seen in ‘Jolly LLB 3’ with Arshad Warsi, Telugu movie ‘Kannapa’, comedy film ‘Housefull 5’, and horror-comedy ‘Bhoot Bangla’. He will also star in ‘Welcome To The Jungle’.
