New Delhi: American singer-rapper Aaron Carter passes away at the age of 34. According to TMZ report, the singer was found dead inside his bath tub. The incident took place at his home in Lancaster, California on Saturday morning.

His death was confirmed by his representatives. For the unversed, Aaron was the brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter. The late rapper toured with the band and came to limelight with his album Aaron’s Party (Come Get It). It sold three million copies. Aaron Carter is survived by his son, 11-month-old Prince.

Meanwhile, according to Aaron’s team the Police arrived at the spot by at 10.58 AM and they found a body. His team said, “Right now it’s a really bad time, we’re trying to figure out what happened and what the cause of it was.” The team added, “We’re just as upset as everyone and hope that fans can give thoughts and prayers to his family.”

Aaron Carter’s fiance Melanie Martin told TMZ, “My fiance Aaron Carter has passed away. I love Aaron with all my heart and it’s going to be a journey to raise a son without a father. Please respect the privacy of my family as we come to terms with the loss of someone we love greatly. We are still in the process of accepting this unfortunate reality. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.”

Although the reason of his death is still unknown, reports say he faced a lot of struggles. The late singer also filed a bankruptcy petition in 2013 over million dollars of debt.

Carter also told the Daily Mail that he no longer wanted to be seen as a “train wreck” earlier this year.
