Shots were reportedly fired again at Kapil Sharma's 'Kap's Cafe' in Canada. The incident occurred on Thursday, and a similar attack took place earlier in July 2025 at the restaurant. As per reports, there are at least six bullet holes in the windows of Kap's Cafe. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack.
The post read, "We called him, but he did not hear the ring, so action had to be taken there. Now, if he does not hear, then the next action will be taken in Mumbai."

The police reached the restaurant after the incident, and an investigation is underway. The Mumbai police is also verifying this post from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

When a similar incident happened in July 2025, Khalistani terrorist Harjit Singh Laddi took responsibility for the attack. He reportedly claimed that he attacked the cafe as the comedian made some offensive remarks against Nihang Sikhs on The Great Indian Kapil Show.
Kap's Cafe, earlier, issued a statement after the attack and thanked people who supported them. The statement read, “We opened Kap’s Cafe with hopes of bringing warmth, community, and joy through delicious coffee and friendly conversation. To have violence intersect with that dream is heartbreaking. We are processing this shock, but we are not giving up.”
“Thank you for your support. Your kind words, prayers, and memories shared via DM mean more than you know. This cafe exists because of your belief in what we’re building together. Let’s stand firm against violence and ensure Kap’s Cafe remains a place of warmth and community. From all of us at Kap’s Cafe, thank you and see you soon, under better skies,” it added.
Kapil Sharma is yet to react to this incident. The cafe was opened in May 2025.
