However, recent reports by ETimes claimed that Vivian might be in trouble soon as his ex-wife Vahbiz Dorabjee is likely to enter the Bigg Boss House soon.
Contrary to the floating reports, News24 has exclusively learnt that this could be a sheer marketing gimmick. Sources close to the actors and Bigg Boss Production tell us, “The possibility of Vahbiz participating in Bigg Boss 18 in negligible. Vivian was introduced to the audience as Colors ka Beta. So inviting Vahbiz could initially bring TRPs for the show but it would never last. Vahbiz was his past and Vivian is very happy in his marriage. He would never be okay with the idea of complicating things. Also, he is a smart man and knows how to go about things that might create unnecessary trouble. He must have considered all these factors before signing the contract of Bigg Boss 18. He is on this show for his fans, who have already showered him with so much love.”
The source further tells us that both the actors had an agreement after their divorce. “They decided to never talk in media about their divorce and whatever happened prior to that,” the source shares.
Earlier, Nia Sharma was slammed for not clearing the air around her participation in Bigg Boss 18. She later apologised to fans but the confusion broke their hearts.
Vivian Dsena and Vahbiz Dorabjee’s Story
For the unversed, Vivian Dsena and Vahbiz Dorabjee first met on the sets of Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahani, a show that made Vivian a star overnight. Despite a huge fan base, mostly comprising of girls, Vivian surrendered his heart to Vahbiz and the two got married in 2013. The relationship did not last and what followed was a long battle of divorce, which got finalized in 2021. It was reported that the divorce took so long because Vahbiz demanded a huge amont in alimony, which turned things quite ugly.
Reason For Divorce?
What led to their divorce is still unclear, but several reports and reddit users claim that it was due to Vahbiz’s possessiveness and insecurity. Not just that, she cheated on Vivian and that’s what paved way for their separation.
A post on reddit claimed that everyone used to hate Vahbiz because of her behaviour. “Back in 2016, there were rumors that Vahbiz’s closeness with Vipul Roy was creating problems in their married life. Then back in 2019 also when the divorce case was still going on, there were reports of Vahbiz asking 2 crore rupees as alimony. I remember Vahbiz writing an open letter addressing those reports but in her letter she didn’t really refute those rumors like She and Vivian both refuted the rumors involving Vipul Roy. Vahbiz I remember accused Vivian of domestic violence as per reports. I used to lurk on the Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani forum and I remember fans there used to hate Vahbiz.”
