Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko seems to be caught in a series of problems. A few days back, actor Vincy Aloshious blamed him for misbehaving with her due to drug intake. Now, another case has arisen where the actor was allegedly seen escaping from the Kochi hotel when police came to check in the place. According to Hindustan Times, the Kochi City police issued a notice to the actor because of his escaped from the scene.
Actor Flees During Drug Raid
On Wednesday night, around 10:45 pm, a special police team moved out in search of someone in a drug case, which was located at a hotel near Kaloor in Kochi. The search was conducted by the District Anti-Narcotic Special Action Force (DANSAF) under the Kochi City Police. But they didn’t find the person; instead, they found Shine Tom Chacko there, who ran away after he saw the police.
While on a search operation, police checked the hotel register and saw the name of Shine Tom Chacko there. They reached the actor’s room on the third floor, but he fled away. According to police, CCTV shows that the person running away was Shine Tom Chacko, who jumped out of his room’s window onto a sheet covering the second floor. The sheet tore, and he jumped into a swimming pool to run away using the stairs.
The police didn’t find any drugs in the hotel, but they still want to ask the actor about the reason behind his escape.
Misconduct Complaint Against Chacko
A few days ago, Malayalam actress Vincy Aloshious posted on Instagram that her co-actor misbehaved with her under the influence of drugs during a movie shoot. On Wednesday, the actress complained to the Film Chamber about the incident, but later on she took back her complaint and said she never wanted people to know his name. Vincy said, “I know exactly where the complaint I filed. It went to the Internal Committee of the film, the Producers Association and AMMA. I don’t know how it leaked out. Producers Association and AMMA also say that it wasn’t from there. I don’t know who leaked it, but no matter, you have done a great betrayal of trust.”
