Shilpa Shirodkar’s Car Hit By Bus In Mumbai; Actress Slams Company For Evading Responsibility, Praises Mumbai Police For Support

Shilpa Shirodkar praised the Mumbai Police for their prompt help. She tagged the official Instagram handles of the police and wrote, “Thanks to @mumbaipolice @cpmumbaipolice, they helped me file a police complaint without much problem.”

Actress Shilpa Shirodkar had an unexpected experience on Wednesday when her car was hit by a Cityflo bus in Mumbai. Sharing the incident on Instagram, she said that no one was injured in the accident, but the collision caused extensive damage to her car. A large dent and a broken window were seen at the rear of the car. She expressed her anger at the attitude of the transport company and said that the company representatives, Mr. Yogesh Kadam and Mr. Vilas Mankote, refused to take responsibility and instead shrugged it off by saying that the fault was entirely the driver’s.

A cityflo bus ran into my car today. And the people representing the office in mumbai Mr Yogesh Kadam and Mr Vilas Mankote are telling me its not their companies responsibility its the drivers responsibility. How ruthless are these guys. she wrote, making it clear that the company has turned its back on its responsibility.

Although the incident was disturbing, Shilpa praised the Mumbai Police for their prompt help. She tagged the official Instagram handles of the police and wrote, “Thanks to @mumbaipolice @cpmumbaipolice, they helped me file a police complaint without much problem.”

She also urged the bus company to contact her directly and resolve the issue. Shilpa stressed that no one was harmed among her staff but “anything could have happened,” which shows the seriousness of the incident.

After the entire tense episode, Shilpa shared a few smiling selfies with some of her friends, including actor Chum Darang.
