Shehzada box office collection day 2: After much anticipation, Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’s official Hindi remake, Shehzada, starring Kartik Aaryan, finally debuted in theatres on February 17; however, it was up against tough competition from Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Dhanush’s Vaathi, and Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback film Pathaan, which has been dominating the box office.

The box office performance of Kartik Aaryan’s film has been slow. Rohit Dhawan’s directorial debut earned Rs 7 crore on its first day, and after a slow start, everyone was hoping that spot bookings and buy one get one ticket deals would help quicken up the pace. But, according to early statistics, Kartik Aaryan’s mass entertainer earned Rs 6.30 – 7 crore at the box office on day 2, indicating a little increase.

On February 18, film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh moved to Twitter to disclose Shehzaada’s box office performance, revealing that the film had a poor Day 1 in theatres.

About the film
The movie Shehzada debuted on February 17 in theatres. With the box office success of Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik Aaryan makes his big-screen comeback with Shehzada. The action movie is co-produced by T-Series Films, Haarika & Hassine Creations, Geetha Arts, and Brat Films and is directed by Rohit Dhawan.
Kriti Sanon, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Rajpal Yadav, Ronit Roy, and Sachin Khedekar are also featured in Shehzad. The film’s plot centres on a young man named Bantu, who has been despised and abandoned by his father since he was a little child. When he finds out that he was exchanged at birth with a millionaire’s son, his entire existence is thrown upside down. He is, in fact, a billionaire industrialist’s biological son.
