New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan tweeted that he was pampering himself by taking the day off on Friday to watch the Netflix original film Darlings. The movie is a collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and Alia Bhatt’s Eternal Sunshine Productions, which stars Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah, and Vijay Varma. The actor clarified that his tweet was not intended as any kind of endorsement, especially given that he stated watching Darlings and drinking Thums Up, and that it was just about enjoying his favourite activity, “the love of my own person.”

His tweet read: “Been working the last few days non stop….so needed to indulge in my favourite past time….’the love of my own person’ & to pamper myself, will spend the day with Prabhuji / Thums up and #DARLINGS (this is not an endorsement, just ‘mees spoilingss mees on a days offs pleaj….’)”

But I feel we have a lovely film and u r the soul and sunshine of all things Darlings.”
