Shah Rukh Khan celebrated his 59th birthday on Saturday and also attended an event to interact with his fans. At the event, the actor revealed that he had quit smoking and received a loud cheer from the crowd. While interacting with the fans and the host, SRK shared that he thought he would be restless but he is feeling good.
Shah Rukh Khan told his fans, “Another good thing, I’m not smoking any more guys.” He added that he felt fine and was “catching up”. Watch the viral video here.

This year, the actor skipped his early ritual of greeting his fans outside his house but thanked everyone on social media for their wishes.
On the work front, SRK will next star in ‘King’ with his daughter Suhana Khan. At the recent event, the actor revealed that he had cut his hair short for ‘King’ but he liked his long hair look. The official announcement regarding ‘King’ has not been made yet.
He was recently in the news after he won the Best Actor Award at IIFA 2024 for his performance in ‘Jawan’. After winning, he won hearts with his heartwarming speech. He said, “I want to thank all other nominees – Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Vikrant Massey – he was great in the film – Vicky Kaushal, Sunny Paji. I think all of them were great, but I got an edge because people were happy that I worked after so long.”
He added, “Somebody reminded me that money needs to be out into a film. So I want to thank Gauri. She may be the only wife who’s spending more on the husband than the other way round. We were going through a tough time while making Jawan.” The actor also touched veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s feet after he won the award.
