Shah Rukh Khan made a rare public appearance at the trailer launch of the Netflix upcoming show ‘The Ba****ds Of Bollywood’. The series will mark the directorial debut of his son, Aryan Khan. At the event, Shah Rukh Khan was seen wearing a sling on his arm as he reportedly got injured on the sets of ‘King’.
The actor earlier made his fans worried after reports of his injury surfaced on the internet, but netizens are now relieved to see him well. Shah Rukh Khan looked dapper in an all black attire as he was seen interacting with the audience on stage. He was seen with the cast of ‘The Ba****ds Of Bollywood’.
Addressing his injury, he said, “Aap log journalist hain toh aapke dil mein bahut saare sawal uth rahe honge, toh main pehle hi jawab de deta hoon. Mere haath ko kya hua hai — toh mere shoulder mein chot lag gayi thi, chhoti si surgery hui, actually thodi badi thi. Recovery mein mujhe 1-2 mahine lagenge. Lekin National Award uthane ke liye mera ek hi haath kaafi hai.”
He added, “Actually, zyada tar cheezein main ek haath se kar leta hoon, par bas ek cheez mein dusre haath ki kami mehsoos hoti hai — aap sabka pyaar batorne mein.” (I had an injury in my shoulder, a small surgery was done, actually a bit major. It will take me 1–2 months to fully recover. But to receive the National Award, one hand is more than enough.)
The show stars Lakshya, Bobby Deol, Raghav Juyal and Gautami Kapoor in the lead roles. It will stream on Netflix and the makers are yet to officially announce its release date.
