Made in Heaven actor Sobhita Dhulipala made her first public appearance with fiancé Naga Chaitanya at prestigious Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR) National Awards 2024. The highlight of the event was megastar Chiranjeevi being felicitated by legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan. But what also caught limelight was an endearing moment when Nagarjuna introduced Sobhita, her soon-to-be daughter in law, to Chiranjeevi.

The video, which has been going viral on social media, sees Sobhita joining the legends on stage as Naga pulls her forward to meet Cheeranjivi. Nagarguna introduced Sobhita to Chiranjeevi, who greets the megastar with folded hands and exchange a few words. Naga Chaitanya also join them on stage soon later, but soon the two taken everyone’s leave. A short but warm exchange between the actors was adorable.

Sobhita wore a green-blue saree for the occasion with a matching blouse and silver statement earrings. She looked regal and beautiful. Naga, on the other hand, went for a classic blue blazer and black trouser.

Fans Express Disappointment

For the unversed, Naga Chaitanya was earlier married to popular actor Samantha, however, their relationship ended in 2021, after four long years. Post the divorce, Samantha went on a journey to work on her emotional and physical well-being. This led to a division between fans, with one side supporting Samantha and the other side siding with Naga. Samantha’s fan felt that Naga did not treat his first wife right and that she deserved better.

After the video of Nagarjuna introducing Sobhita surfaced online, several people expressed disappointment. One of them wrote, “I don’t have any personal connections with none of them but I feel some kind of heartache seeing this video.” Another commented, “No one can replace sam.” One person felt that Naga Chaitanya was faking his laugh and wrote, “His charm and happiness in smile is absent after divorce.. it’s looks like he’s laughing wantedly as per demand.”

About Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya’s relationship

Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya started dating in 2022 and after two years, got engaged in a private ceremony. Their pre-wedding festivities began last week and Sobhita treated fans with a glimpse of the same on Instagram. Sharing the beautiful pictures, she wrote, “Godhuma Raayi Pasupu danchatam 🦜🪷♥️
