New Delhi: Since its debut, Sardar, directed by PS Mithran, has been doing well at the box office. With each day that goes by, more people are saying good things about the film. The movie just finished its first week in theatres and is now anticipating a busy second week. The number of screens for Sardar has doubled across Tamil Nadu after a successful run. Sardar has come out on top of the two Diwali releases in this contest.

The best opening for Karthi was Sardar, which went on to have Tamil Nadu’s biggest solo gross. Before Diwali, on October 21, the movie opened in theatres.
A week in theatres for the film ended with overwhelmingly positive reviews. The movie has increased its screen count as it enters week 2. Ramesh Bala, a trade analyst, claims that the movie’s screen count has gone up from 380 to 500. This is encouraging for a long theatrical run.

About Sardar
PS Mithran’s spy thriller Sardar is a thriller. Vishal, who he directed in the well-liked Irumbu Thirai, is the director’s best-known film credit (2018) Raashii Khanna plays the main female lead in Sardar.
Chunky Pandey, Laila, and Rajisha Vijayan are among the cast members. The cameraman and editor are, respectively, Ruben and George C Williams. S Lakshman Kumar is the producer of Sardar. On October 21, it debuted in theatres.
