The Teaser of Sardaar Ji 3 is finally out, bringing Diljit Dosanjh in a ghost hunter avatar. The two minute teaser promises a supernatural comedy filled with quirky twists, action, and plenty of spooks. Also starring Neeru Bajwa, Gulshan Grover, BN Sharma, and Jasmin Bajwa, the film is set to release on June 27,2025.
Presented by White Hill Studios in association with Storytime Productions, the film is directed by Amar Hundal and written by Dheeraj Kedarnath Rattan. The film is produced by Gunbir Singh Sidhu, Manmord Singh Sidhu, and Diljit Dosanjh himself.
The teaser begins with a team entering the most haunted castle in the UK. To help them get in, they call Diljit Dosanjh, who’s known for dealing with ghosts. The comedy kicks off when Diljit arrives and starts talking to some female ghosts.

Recently, there was an uproar over the film, where the BJP Chitrapat Kamgar Aghaadi demanded a nationwide ban on its release. It was reported that the film features Pakistani actors Hania Aamir, Nasir Chinyoti, Daniel Khawar, and Saleem Albela. The Union, which represents workers and technicians from the Indian film industry, officially asked the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to not approve the film and to stop its release in theatres across India citing national sentiment and recent geopolitical tensions. They argued that allowing Pakistani artistes in Indian cinema is disrespectful to the country and its armed forces.
Also earlier a cryptic post by Team Diljit Global created buzz about a potential new tour, as they shared a throwback BTS clip of Diljit Dosanjh walking onto the stage with the caption, “Year 2025 — ready to feel it again?” While there’s no official announcement yet, the post sparked speculation about an upcoming tour following his record breaking 2024 Dil-Luminati Tour.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Diljit is also gearing up for his next big project Border 2, where he will share screen space with Sunny Deol. The trailer for Detective Sherdil, dropped recently, sparking excitement among fans because as Diljit is playing a detective instead of his usual fun loving characters alongside Diana Penty.
