Sanam Teri Kasam is re-releasing in theaters today, after almost ten years While the film did not perform well during its release, its re-release is showing promising signs, as indicated by impressive advance booking numbers.
Advance Bookings Surpass Expectations
As per the reports, Sanam Teri Kasam has already sold around 20,000 tickets in major national cinema chains for its opening day. Some sources, like Koimoi, claim that the figure is even higher at around 39,000 tickets being sold. These numbers outshines the numbers of newly released romantic films like Loveyapa, hinting at the films a strong box office performance.
Due to its affordable ticket pricing, the film’s re-release is expected to earn around Rs. 2 crore on its first day.

Competing With Other Releases
Despite being a re-release, Sanam Teri Kasam seems to have an edge over some fresh releases at the box office. Upcoming films which includes, Himesh Reshammiya’s action-packed Badass Ravi Kumar is expected to open with over Rs. 5 crore, while Loveyapa is estimated to collect between Rs. 1–2 crore.
Starring Harshvardhan Rane and Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane, Sanam Teri Kasam has built a loyal fan base over these years, especially after its successful run on OTT platforms. The film is directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, it’s emotional appeal has managed to garner strong views among audience.
