Bollywood superstar Salman Khan recently addressed the buzz around a Andaz Apna Apna sequel during the promotions of his upcoming film Sikandar. His comments have sparked excitement among fans eagerly waiting for a reunion with Aamir Khan in the cult comedy movie.
Salman On Andaz Apna Apna 2
A recent video which features Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and AR Murugadoss was teased by Salman Khan through his Instagram channel. Fans loved the crossover moment between Ghajini and Sikandar and this lead to many speculations about a possible collaboration between the two Bollywood icons.
In a interview with Zoom, when Salman was asked if audiences could see him and Aamir together in Andaz Apna Apna 2, he said: “I hope so. InshaAllah, InshaAllah. God willing, God willing.” He also shared that even he wants it to happen but there’s no official confirmation on the sequel as such.
Salman’s Thoughts On Rashmika Mandanna
During the same interaction, Salman Khan also spoke about his Sikandar co-star Rashmika Mandanna, who has been tagged as a ‘lucky mascot’ by many. But Salman contradicts this and says that he believes it’s more about her choices than luck.
“Your choices have been bang on!” he told Rashmika, praising her script selection and performances in recent successful films.
Interestingly, Salman admitted that he was unaware of Rashmika before Sikandar. He recalled seeing her on Instagram reels and later he suggested her for female lead in Ayush Sharma’s film ‘Antim’.

About Sikandar
Directed by AR Murugadoss, Sikandar is set to release on March 30. The trailer that has been released has also sparked widespread excitement among fans. Rashmika Mandanna also said seen in the interview that the film will be a rollercoaster of emotions and different from her previous work.
