Bollywood actor Salman Khan has reportedly received yet another death threat on Tuesday. The Mumbai Police’s Traffic Control Room received a threatening message yesterday morning, reports stated. The sender allegedly demanded Rs 2 crore ransom and threatened Khan would be killed if the money was not paid.
According to reports, Mumbai’s Worli police have registered a case under sections 354(2) and 308(4) against an unknown individual and launched an investigation into the case.
However, this isn’t the first instance that the Bollywood actor has received a threatening message. On Tuesday, Police arrested a 20-year-old man from Noida for allegedly issuing death threats to Salman and Ex-Maharashtra minister Zeeshan Siddique. According to reports, the Mumbai Police arrested the suspect, Gurfan Khan alias Mohammed Tayyab after Siddique’s public relations office in Bandra East received a death threat call on Friday.

Reports revealed that the caller had threatened to kill Zeeshan Siddiqui and Salman Khan and also demanded money. A case was registered against unidentified persons at Nirmalnagar Police Station on a complaint lodged by one of the employees in Siddiqui’s office.
In light of the increase in similar incidents, Salman’s security has also been heightened, especially after Former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique was shot dead on October 12.
In April as well, two bike-borne men opened fire outside Salman Khan’s Bandra residence. Reports revealed that the shooters were allegedly hired by Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang in a bid to murder the actor.
Reports further added that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi had planned the series of attacks against Salman Khan, posing a significant threat to his life.
