What Happened
While Khan was resting on a bench around 8:45 am, two unidentified people on a scooter stopped in front of him. A woman wearing a burqa, who was riding as a passenger, threatened him, asking, “Lawrence Bishnoi ko bheju kya?” (Should I send Lawrence Bishnoi?). Before Khan could react, the duo quickly sped away. Khan managed to note part of the scooter’s number and reported the details to the police.

Police Action
The Bandra police registered a case and later arrested the two individuals. During questioning, they admitted that they were “playing mischief” with Khan. The police charged them under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Previous Threats
This is not the first time Salim Khan or his family has been threatened. In June 2022, Salim received a letter during his walk, threatening him and Salman. Earlier this year, in April, two men fired shots at Salman Khan’s residence, and gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang took responsibility for the attack. Due to these ongoing threats, security around Salman Khan and his family has been tightened.
