Saas, Bahu aur Flamingo by Homi Adjania` depicts the bloody and action-packed struggle that this new generation of saas, bahus, and betis engage in to defend what is rightfully theirs. Dimple Kapadia, Radhika Madan, Angira Dhar, and Isha Talwar, among others, play key roles in the dramatic series’ ensemble star cast.
An intense drama, Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo is not recommended for those who are easily alarmed, at least based on the trailer. As you become immersed in the life of the saas-bahu family, many skeletons emerge from closets and chaos breaks out as these unforgettable characters struggle for control and defend what is rightfully theirs. The ladies in the show are Spartans who have thrown off the patriarchy and seized control.
Savitri, the matriarch, her daughters-in-law Bijli and Kajal, as well as Shanta, who resides in Hastipur, a remote village in the northwest, are the focus of the future series. Savitri is the owner of a business called Rani Cooperative that sells anything from textiles to jari-booti balms. But nothing in this place is exactly as it seems. It turns out that this side venture is only a cover for the largest drug cartel operating in South Asia.

Actress Dimple Kapadia told a media outlet, “‘Saas Bahu aur Flamingo’ is difficult for me to explain as a journey because it’s not like anything I have seen or done before. When tragedy strikes and the world turns its back on her, Savitri doesn’t curl up and die, but rises from the ashes and creates her own destiny. This is what I love about her character. She owns her alternate sense of morality. Trust is the only currency she deals in. Savitri is the most bad-ass saas you’ve ever seen and is very compelling to watch.”
“She has many enigmatic faces. Brutal and vulnerable, she is a master in manipulation, playing a very high stakes game that seesaws between life and death. Her band of women are fierce and ruthless as they navigate through the toughest of situations and build the biggest empire from nothing.
