RIP Anna Shay: Anna Shay, whose Netflix reality series Bling Empire was well-liked, is no longer alive. Her family announced that she died following a stroke in a statement given to CNN. Anna had a 62-year-old age. She was a philanthropist and an heiress.
The statement read: “It saddens our hearts to announce that Anna Shay, a loving mother, grandmother, charismatic star, and our brightest ray of sunshine, has passed away. Anna taught us many life lessons on how not to take life too seriously and to enjoy the finer things. Her impact on our lives will be forever missed, but never forgotten.”
Anna Shay dies of heart attack
Her co-star Kevin Kreider from Bling Empire, paid tribute to her on his Instagram page saying, “You never know when your last goodbye will be. So unexpected and wished when I saw you last for lunch I would have taken a moment to smell the roses and had one last adventure with you (sic).”
Bling Empire’s Kelly Mi Li shared happy pictures with Anna and wrote, “You are truly one of a kind and we will miss you forever (sic).”
In 2021, Anna Shay made her OTT debut on Bling Empire. After that, she continued to appear throughout the second and third seasons, quickly winning over the audience. Bling Empire portrayed the affluent Asian and Asian American elites of Los Angeles. After selling their father’s business after his passing, Anna Shay and her brother became wealthy Los Angeles socialites.
Edward Shay, the American billionaire who founded the defence and government services business, has just one daughter, Anna. Ai-San, who was half Japanese and half Russian, was her mother. Japan is where Anna was born and raised.
