New Delhi: Recently, star singer Arijit Singh recreated the Pakistani song “Pasoori” for the upcoming film “Satyaprem Ki Katha.” A few days ago, the makers released the Hindi Version of “Pasoori” on YouTube which landed Arijit Singh at the center of despondency.

When a social media user asked the singer, why he decided to work on Pasoori Hindi remake, Arijit explained that he had taken the song in order to support a noble cause he had struck a deal with the producers at T-Series, wherein they promised to provide annual funding for a school for children.

Arijit responded, “The maker has promised me a yearly fund for a school for under privileged. That’s more important. Thode gaali kha lenge.”

About “Satyaprem Ki Katha”

Satyaprem Ki Katha is jointly produce by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Namah Pictures and directed by Sameer Vidwans. The film was titled as “Satyanarayan ki katha” but later it was changed as “Satyaprem Ki Katha” Kartik Aryan and Kiara Advani casted as in lead roles.
