‘Dhurandhar’, the upcoming action thriller, is undoubtedly one of the most awaited movies of 2025. It’s much anticipated trailer of Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh, was set to release on November 12, 2025, with a grand launch event planned in Mumbai. However, following the tragic Red Fort car blast in Delhi that claimed multiple lives, the makers have decided to postpone the event as a mark of respect to the victims and their families.
On Tuesday, Jio Studios issued an official statement confirming the postponement of the trailer launch. The note read, “The Dhurandhar trailer launch scheduled for 12th November has been postponed, as a mark of respect to the victims and families affected by yesterday’s Delhi blast. The revised date and details for the trailer launch will be shared soon. Thank you for your understanding. — Jio Studios, B62 Studios & Team Dhurandhar.”
The production house also shared the announcement on Instagram with the caption, “Important Update From Team Dhurandhar.”
The trailer launch was expected to be a star studded affair, featuring Ranveer Singh, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, and Sara Arjun. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the event was scheduled for 12:12 p.m. and was to be attended by co-producers Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the movie also stars Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Khanna, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, and Rakesh Bedi alongside the female lead of Sara Arjun. The movie is set to hit the theatres on December 5, 2025.
Recently, the makers unveiled first-look posters of key characters, R. Madhavan as the “Charioteer of Karma”, Sanjay Dutt as the “Jinn”, and Arjun Rampal as the “Angel of Death”.
On the work front, Arjun Rampal was last seen in Nikita Roy. He will next appear in The Battle of Bhima Koregaon, Nastik and Penthouse.
