Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar is proving that box office momentum can outweigh mixed critical reception. Headlined by Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna, the spy action thriller has emerged as one of 2025’s biggest theatrical successes, showing no signs of slowing down even in its second week.
How much has Dhurandhar earned worldwide?
According to Sacnilk, Dhurandhar earned a strong Rs 207.25 crore in its first week. What stood out was its second Friday performance. Instead of slowing down, the film saw a 20.37 per cent jump and collected Rs 32.5 crore on Day 8. This took its total India net collection to Rs 239.75 crore.
So far, the film has earned Rs 287.75 crore gross in India. With overseas earnings added, its worldwide collection has reached Rs 372.75 crore. With these numbers, Dhurandhar has gone past the total lifetime earnings of Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s War 2, which had collected Rs 364.35 crore globally.
The milestone makes Dhurandhar the fifth highest grossing film of 2025 so far. The film is now aiming to beat Rajinikanth’s Coolie, which earned Rs 518 crore in its full run. Going by its current pace and strong audience response, trade experts believe Dhurandhar could cross this mark by the end of its second week.
