Popular YouTubers Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina have been receiving huge backlash due to the recent episode of India’s Got Latent. For the unversed, Ranveer along with social media influencer Apoorva Makhija and YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani appeared in Samay’s show India’s Got Latent. Some of the comments made by them have been getting massive backlash online with netizens even demanding Samay to end it.
According to ANI, a complaint has been filed on Monday against Ranveer, Apoorva and Samay and the organisers of India’s Got Latent. The complaint has been filed with the Mumbai Commissioner and Maharashtra Women’s Commission for allegedly using abusive language on the show and strict action has been demanded against the accused in the letter.

According to News18, an individual named Akshit Singh also iled a complaint against Ranveer and Samay for “promoting obscenity”. Meanwhile, the X page @HinduItCell also filed complaint againt the two. The page wrote, “We have filed an official complaint with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting against Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia for promoting obscenity. Jai Hind.” The social media page also added a screenshot of the complaint.

What Caused This Backlash:
India’s Got Latent is known for its drak humour. The backlash was caused due to Ranveer’s comment, which shocked everyone. He said, “Watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life. Or would you join in once and stop it forever?”
Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina are yet to react to this legal action taken against them and the backlash.
