New Delhi: Since its pre-teaser release, the film Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna has gained a lot of attention. The film has been highly anticipated for quite some time. As soon as the film was announced, fans began awaiting more information. It looks like Ranbir’s new fierce avatar will have to wait longer to be seen, as Animal has been delayed. Earlier, it was scheduled to clash with Akshay Kumar’s Oh My God 2 and Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 on August 11.
Ranbir’s Animal Postponed
In Animal, Ranbir Kapoor will appear in a new avatar and it is expected to be a violent tale. In April, Animal began filming in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the update on Twitter and wrote, “#Xclusivâ€æ Animal not arriving on Independence Day weekend â€æ #Animal – starring #RanbirKapoor and directed by #SandeepReddyVanga – *won’t* release on 11 Aug 2023â€æ Yes, the film has been postponedâ€æ A new release date will be announced in the coming days. #BhushanKumar (sic).”
Sandeep Vanga directed the crime thriller Animal. After Kabir Singh (2019), this will be his second Hindi film. Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios, and Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures are behind the film. Rashmika Mandanna plays the lead role.
