Ranbir Kapoor is currently a major star in Bollywood, thanks to a series of successful movies he gave to the industry. Following his recent hit film, Animal, he has some exciting projects lined up. He has been busy working on a new movie titled Love and War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and has also made significant progress on another film, Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari.
There’s exciting news about Ranbir’s upcoming movie, Dhoom 4. According to recent reports, the popular actor is set to begin working on this film in 2026, after completing his current projects. As reported by India Today, “Kapoor will need to have a different look for Dhoom 4, and before starting it, he will wrap up his two existing projects. Dhoom 4 is expected to go on floors next April.”
In the report, they also stated, “The production team is currently looking to lock two female leads and an antagonist for the film. Key contenders to play the antagonist in the film are being considered from the South.”
Upcoming Movies
In addition to his current projects, Ranbir Kapoor is also working on a sequel titled ‘Animal Park’. This film is set to start production after director Sandeep Reddy Vanga wraps up his work on Prabhas’s movie, Spirit. Furthermore, there’s a second part of the popular film Brahmastra in the works.
With a total of five major projects lined up, Ranbir certainly has a packed schedule. The first movie to hit theatres will be Love & War, expected to be released in March 2026. Following that, as per reports, the first instalment of a new Ramayana film is scheduled to arrive around Diwali next year.
