Another update regarding the upcoming project of actor Ranbir Kapoor – Ramayan, got viral on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). The actor has started the training with his archery coach ahead of his role in the Nitesh Tiwari directorial Ramayan, as Lord Rama.

The images are doing rounds on X depicting superstar standing alongside his archery coach. The images are shared by a fan page. Out of the four pictures posted on social media, actor is seen with his arm around his trainer’s shoulder, while in the fourth picture, the coach took a selfie with Ranbir Kapoor while he was sitting in the background on a sofa. Arrows placed on the table further indicate the ongoing training session. The fan page captioned the post as “RK with archery coach.”
Recently, an ETimes report revealed the actor chosen to portray Rama’s brother, Lakshman, in Ramayan. According to the report, “The makers have finalized their Lakshman, and it is none other than TV actor Ravi Dubey.”

Ravi Dubey is renowned for his contributions to the TV industry, having appeared in various daily soaps such as Ranbir Rano, Saas Bina Sasural, and 12/24 Karol Bagh. Additionally, he has showcased his hosting skills in reality shows like Rising Star 2, India’s Best Dramebaaz, and The Drama Company.
Prior to this, veteran actor Arun Govil, best known for his portrayal of Lord Rama in the 1987 TV series Ramayan, shared his thoughts on Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming portrayal of the same role. Speaking to Bollywood Spy, Arun Govil expressed, “As far as Ranbir is concerned, he is a talented actor. He has won awards for his performances. He is essentially a cultured individual, with morals, values, and a deep sense of tradition. I have observed this on multiple occasions. I am confident that he will give his best effort, and it should turn out well.”
