His lawyer had submitted two applications, one for bail during the appeal and another seeking a stay on his conviction and sentence. However, Judge AA Kulkarni ordered that Ram Gopal Varma must appear in person to submit any further applications. The court denied both the applications because of the absence of Satya hitmaker. The next hearing is scheduled on July 28, 2025.

About The Controversy:

In 2018, a complaint was reportedly filed against Ram Gopal Varma’s firm by an organisation called Shree through Maheshchandra.
