Popular Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda sustained severe injuries in a road accident on Saturday while traveling from Baddi to Shimla in Himachal Pradesh. He is currently being treated at Fortis Hospital, Mohali, and doctors have confirmed that his condition remains critical.
Following the accident, several Punjabi singers, including Kulwinder Billa and Kanwar Grewal, visited the hospital to check on Rajveer’s condition. Initial medical aid was provided immediately after the crash.
Fortis Hospital Update
According to an update from Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Rajvir was referred there on 27th September and arrived at the Emergency Department at 1:45 PM in a very critical condition. He had severe head and spine injuries from the morning accident and also suffered a cardiac arrest at the Civil Hospital before being transferred.
When he arrived, the Emergency and Neurosurgery teams assessed him immediately. After thorough examinations, he was put on advanced life support. Rajvir is currently on a ventilator and is being closely monitored due to the seriousness of his injuries.

Rajveer Jawanda started his music career in 2014 and became popular with his hit song “Kali Jawande Di.” Besides singing, he has acted in movies like Mindo Taseeldarni and Subedar Joginder Singh. Before joining the music industry, he worked in the Punjab Police. He now lives in Mohali with his family.
