Rahul Vaidya is recently gaining eye balls, since he took a dig at Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his fans, referring them as ‘jokers’. After the statement, he received a major backlash with netizens users targeting not only the singer but also his wife and sister.

Old Video And Tweets Resurfaces

Amid all this, an old video of Rahul Vaidya and Anushka Sharma has gone viral. In the video, the singer is seen going down on one knee and dedicating the classic romantic song ‘Aapki Aankhon Mein Kuch to the actress during a stage event. The sweet moment then left Anushka blushing and Rahul went on to complimenting her about her talents.

This is not the only thing, social media users also dug up a 2015 tweet by Rahul in which he wrote, “Anushka Bhabhi ke dheele pade tevar… Na saiyyan chale na devar!”

Rahul’s Clarification And Social Media War

In response to the backlash, Rahul explained that his family is unnecessarily dragged into this matter and urged not to do so. He wrote, “You’re abusing my wife and sister, who have nothing to do with this! That’s why I said Kohli fans are jokers.”
