Apart from Allu Arjun and Rashmika, the movie also stars Fahadh Faasil in the lead role. ‘Pushpa 2’ will release in theatres on December 5, 2024. The movie is directed by Sukumar.
The trailer showcases a glimpse of Allu Arjun as Pushpa, who has become more popular and powerful. From epic one-liners to action sequences to grand dance numbers, the trailer has promised to offer a complete package of entertainment in the film.
At a recent promotional press meet in Hyderabad, Mythri Movies producer Ravi Shankar revealed that ‘Pushpa 2’ has already earned ₹425 crore through non-theatrical business and is expected to reach ₹1000 crore with theatrical rights. According to industry sources, the movie has sold its theatrical rights for ₹600 crore.
Meanwhile, Sreeleela will be seen in ‘Pushpa 2’ for a dance number. Samantha Ruth Prabhu was earlier seen in the dance number ‘Oo Antava’ in ‘Pushpa The Rise’, which became iconic.
