Pushpa 2 The Rule has already become a blockbuster and is still creating a storm at the box office. Even after the month of its release, the movie is the first choice of the audience. The makers of ‘Pushpa 2’ have now announced its extended version, which was slated to release in theatres on January 11. But the release date has now been postponed due to technical issues.

Pushpa 2 The Rule Reload will now release in theatres on January 17, 2025.
The official statement by the makers of ‘Pushpa 2’ reads, “Due to technical delays in processing the content, the reloaded version of Pushpa 2 The Rule is delayed. It will now screen in theaters from 17th January instead of 11th January as planned earlier. Happy Sankranthi, everyone! The extended version will be worth the wait with additional whistle-worthy moments. The wildfire gets more fiery.”

Meanwhile, Pushpa 2 has already crossed Rs 1000 crore in theatre and has become a blockbuster. The movie is likely to return with its third instalment.
Amid the grand success, the movie has also been involved in controversies. On December 13, Allu Arjun was arrested from his house in Pushpa 2 stampede case. For the unversed, a woman died on December 4 at the Sandhya Theatre due to the stampede that was caused during Allu Arjunâs visit to the venue. Moreover, the womanâs son was also critically injured in this incident.

The actor has now been granted regular bail in connection to a womanâs death in Pushpa 2 stampede case. The actorâs house was earlier vandalised by some protesters. His father Allu Aravind reacted to this incident and said, âEveryone has seen what happened at our house today. But it is time for us to act accordingly. Now is not the right time for us to react to anything.â He added, âThe police are ready to take away anyone else who comes here to create a ruckus. No one should encourage incidents like these. But I will not react just because the media is here. Now is the time to practice restraint. The law will take its own course.â
Talking about Pushpa 2, the movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles.
