The actor talked about parenthood before revealing that he had just had a child.

The renowned actor Robert De Niro, who is renowned for his playing abilities, is getting ready to release another fantastic movie named About My Father. The movie is expected to premiere on May 26, 2023.
The actor admitted that he dislikes having to correct his children, but that it is occasionally essential while discussing parenting during the film’s promotion.
“I mean, there’s no way around it with kids. I don’t like to have to lay down the law and stuff like that. But, sometimes you just have no choice,” he explained. “And any parent, I think, would say the same thing. You always want to do the right thing by the children and give them the benefit of the doubt but sometimes you can’t.”
When the interviwer said, “I know you have six kids,” De Niro rectified her, saying, “Seven, actually.” “I just had a baby,” he revealed without providing any further details. The identity of the mother is yet to be revealed. De Niro’s representative later confirmed the news of his seventh child.
Robert also told that he doesn’t consider himself a cool dad. He said, “I’m okay,” he said. “You know, my kids disagree with me at times, and they’re respectful. My daughter, she’s 11, she gives me grief sometimes and I argue with her. I adore her, but, you know. And my youngest now, that’ll be more to come. But, that’s what it is.”
