New Delhi: Global personality Priyanka Chopra recently visited the White House and shared a healthy talk with US Vice President Kamala Harris at the Democratic National Committee Women’s Leadership Forum in Washington.
She started the interaction with a stab at a man patronising women. While the silence in the room, she joked, “Do you hear that sound? That is the sound of no mansplaining, ladies.” While interviewing her, Priyanka asked questions regarding some important topics such as pay parity and gun laws in the US.
During the conversation, Priyanka talked about the first time in her 22 years in the film industry, she received equal pay as her male co-actor this year.

For this big day, Priyanka donned an yellow backless dress and white heels. She completed her look with minimal accessories including leek gold-toned bracelets, diamond rings, and ribbon-shaped gold earrings and she chose centre-parted open wavy hair, and minimal makeup.
The actress also took to her Instagram stories and shared a few glimpses of her visit to the US capital. She shared a photo of the Washington Monument, inside the White House and a beverage, which had the presidential seal on it.
Meanwhilw, Priyanka’s husband Nick Jonas also shared a photo with his daughter Malti. In the photo, they could be seen spending some quality time in New York. He shared a photo of the two and captioned it, “Daddy daughter adventures in NYC.”

Priyanka has international projects such as It’s All Coming Back To Me, and the series Citadel. Produced by Russo Brothers, Citadel will hit the OTT on Prime Video. Talking about Bollywood, she will be seen in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, opposite Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif. The film is expected to release in the summer of 2023.
