Following TIFF, Pratik will travel to Calgary for the India Film Festival of Alberta (IFFA) 2025, where his critically acclaimed film Phule will be screened on September 14th. Rounding off this international tour, Pratik will head to the United States, where Ghamasaan will be showcased at the Chicago South Asian Film Festival (CSAFF) on September 20th. This political and philosophical drama further underscores Pratik’s range and his ability to delve into layered, complex characters.

Reflecting on this journey, Pratik Gandhi says, “It’s an incredible honour to see my work travel across continents. Gandhi & Phule, as stories, are deeply rooted in our history and society, yet their themes connect universally. Ghamasaan, on the other hand, takes us to the country’s heartland with a tense rural thriller that focuses on the rise of a young nation still negotiating with its past. I am truly excited to share these stories with audiences in Canada and the US, and to see how they resonate across cultures.”
