Malavika Mohanan, who is making news with back to back performances and carving her name in the pan-India cinema, is set to mark her Telugu debut with the upcoming film The Raja Saab. The actor will be seen romancing pan-India superstar Prabhas. As the fans eagerly anticipate their sizzling on-screen chemistry, a source close to the production has revealed that Prabhas and Malavika will be seen romancing in a song, which will be one of the major highlights of the film.

“Malavika and Prabhas will be shooting a hot romantic song for The Raja Saab. The song’s shooting will take place in Europe around January and February,” revealed the source close to the production house.

The Raja Saab is touted to be a horror-comedy and is poised to be one of the most talked-about films of the year. The film is written and directed by acclaimed filmmaker, Maruthii. It will also star Niddhi Agerwal as another female lead.

About Prabhas and Malavika

As for Malavika, she began her career with notable performances across different regional film industries- from her debut in Pattam Pole (2013) to her impactful roles in films like Christy (2023) and Thangalaan (2024), the actor has carved a space in the entertainment world. She recently debuted in Bollywood, playing the lead in Yudhra alongside Siddhanth Chaturvedi. Apart from The Raja Saab, Malavika will also star alongside Karthi in the spy thriller, Sardar 2.

Prabhas, who was last seen in Kalki 2898 Ad, is gearing up for a stellar lineup. He has several big budget, pan India releases including Salaar 2, Spirit, which is in its pre-production phase. He will also be seen in Prabhas Hanu, a film that will see him collaborating with director Hanu Raghavpudi.
