New Delhi: Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, a Telugu actor, died on Saturday, February 18, in Bengaluru. The 39-year-unexpected old’s death stunned the business. He had a heart attack about 20 days before.
His funeral took place today, February 20. Jr NTR, a Tollywood actor and his cousin, offered his respects.

Who was Taraka Ratna?
Taraka Ratna was the son of Nandamuri Mohan Krishna and the grandson of famed cinema actor and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N T Rama Rao. His wife Alekhya and a daughter survive him.
Tarak Ratna was well known for his roles in the films Amaravathi and 9 Hours. Before entering politics, he had appeared in a few Telugu films, including his debut, Okato Number Kurraadu.
